We are currently partnering with one of the leading utilities company in Hong Kong. They are recruiting another network engineer for their team expansion. Ideally, they are expecting the candidates with strong technical support background.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Infrastructure, especially network and security, solution planning, design and implementation
• 2nd/3rd level IT support
• IT administration, patching, monitoring and troubleshooting
• Manage and implement small IT infrastructure projects
• Vendor Management
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of related experience in the industry
• exposure to any of the following things:
• Next Generation Firewall, Load Balancer, Proxy, VPN, Data Centre Network, Internet link, WiFi Network, MPLS network, Video Conference, Monitoring System, Microsoft Windows Server, System Centre, Hyper-V, IIS, HP Blade Server and Storage, SQL Database, Data Protection, Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Windows 10, Configuration Manager (SCCM), Office 365, Exchange, Skype for Business, Teams, SharePoint Online, Mobile Device Management
• Fluent in Cantonese, written and spoken English. Putonghua will be an advantage
