Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and support to internal staffs in office and retail operation
• Conduct users training.
• Plan, administrate, support and maintenance of IT infrastructure, network, security and hardware.
• Develop & maintain Web sites, web applications and handle user requests on website updating.
• Provide day-to-day management for infrastructure services and support, performance and service monitoring, backup operation and minor software upgrade/patching
• Manage IT assets with proper inventory control on record keeping, maintenance and related Documentation.
• IT server infrastructure have fulfilled compliance/security requirements and assist in audit review
• Responsible for monitoring of security controls and handling, investigating and coordinating IT security incident
• Prepare documentation, operation manual and daily routing job document update

Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Information Technology, System Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum  1 year relevant experience in technical support, server-side, web services and cloud based development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature, responsible, and have lots of initiative
