Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients
• Perform analysis and recommend solutions to clients as appropriate
• Evaluate product offerings based on market research and interaction with clients
• Provide customer services support via phone and email responses
• Other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• University graduate
• Minimum 1 year of financial PR/IR experience; fresh graduates with strong motivations may also be considered
• Ability to communicate confidentially and effectively with experience of dealing with internal and external clients
• Good time management skills, attention to detail, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
• Good verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Advanced level of working knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

We are a fast-growing fintech startup, based in Hong Kong and focused on fintech solutions for Hong Kong capital market. The role will report directly to the CTO, and will be able to participate in full software development life cycle, learn and build apps with latest technology and develop full-stack skills. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
