Responsibilities:

• Provide infrastructure professionals to tackle infrastructural difficulties and working with US Home Office and Regional team for Project and BAU support
• Configure, implement and troubleshoot an array of infrastructure instrument including VM, Storage, Server, Cloud Infrastructure, database administration and Network. Ensure the integrity, availability, security, audit (SOX), problem solving and backup / restore. Cyber-security is required
• Monitor and perform routine maintenance on network and computer systems to ensure the entire network infrastructure is available and operational, keeping system downtime to the minimal
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to plan and maintain the infrastructural facilities budget and SLA with Home Office
• Incident handling on the IT infrastructure to ensure adequate SLA to our stakeholders
• Stay on trend in the ever-changing market and provide training on new products and technology

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Center, Network and Server Administration, preferably in financial / insurance industry
• Experience as DevOps engineer in the enterprise Cloud
• Experience in Windows, Linux, AS400 administration, Database Admin (MS SQL/Oracle) and VM Ware
• Experience in manage offshore team would be an advantage
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS and Load Balancing, etc)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese and excellent spoken English is a must
