Job Description
Reporting to the Information Technology Director, your main responsibilities will be to:

Provide all-rounded technical support, help desk to end-users and troubleshooting IT issues

Monitor and perform health check to the system and network
-
Assist in installation/upgrade of hardware, software and network
-
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
The successful candidate will be:
-
Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
-
Holder of Microsoft Certification is preferred
-
At least 1 year related experience
-
Well-versed in Window Server and client environment, knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory or VMware is definitely an advantage

Able to work independently & under pressure
-
Self-motivated and with good problem-solving skills

A good team player with strong interpersonal & communication skill

Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
