Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales technical and solution support to sales activities and prepare Proof-of-Concept (PoC) on OTT & ICT services
• Liaise with other service providers and SI partners on ICT solution
• Support Sales Team to qualify and design ICT solutions, including end-to-end networking and IT solution for global customers
• Conduct technical presentation and drive for solution proposal in response to global network bids
• Support Sales Team in responding to customer's RFI /RFP
• Travel to Overseas is required upon request
• Monitor solution implementation and provide technical support during service implementation

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' experience in International ICT industry.
• Working Experience in SI / Vendor with Multi-Product knowledge will be definite advantage.
• Familiar with Internet Application, System design and WAN infrastructure
• Knowledge of Contemporary ICT Application such as Cloud I AI / Machine Learning/ IoT, Cyber security is a big plus.
• Keen and enthusiastic in IT, Good presentation and communication skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
