Responsibilities:

• Install, support and maintain computer hardware and software infrastructure
• Implement, support and administer PC/LAN system including file server and workstations
• Assist procurement of the computer equipment and services
• Oversee daily computer systems operations and performance
• Liaise and negotiate with vendors or suppliers on quotation for setup, implementation, repair and maintenance of IT hardware & software
• Analyze computer / IT problems reported and recommend corrective, preventive and improvement measures
• Assist Development teams to communicate, develop routine maintenance plans and improvement programs
• Business travel occasionally

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 4 years' or above in relevant experience
• Familiar with Windows operation systems and office applications
• Familiar with MYSQL and MSSQL, advanced strategies and SQL statements and database bottleneck analysis
• Hands-on experience in Windows Server 2012, TCP/IP Networking, Firewall, VPN, WAN/LAN network security
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Good communication skill in both Chinese and Mandarin is preferred
• Able to work independently and under pressure
