User On-boarding to a B2B Platform:

• Conduct workshop to engage user and follow up with them
• Report the on-boarding progress on a regular basis
• Provide training and coordinate test (SIT/UAT) for users and assist them to use the platform
• Prepare workshop/training material and user manual
• Answer enquiries from customer and assist them to set up service account
• Monitor the operation of the platform, prepare test plan and perform test

Professional Service:

• Provide mapping service for data conversion of different formats
• Collect and document user/business requirements
• Provide consultancy service to customer about the EDI Implementation practice

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Supply Chain Management and IT related discipline (Fresh graduate will also be considered, depends on the quality of the candidate)
• Basic knowledge in information technologies
• Basic knowledge in EDI standards or eCommerce would be an advantage
• Well-organized and skillful in communication
• Good written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Skillful in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Words and Projects is a MUST
