Key Responsibilities

This is a 2-year contract role who is responsible for transforming Hysan’s Budgeting and Forecasting system as part of the optimized BI architecture, which is vital in supporting business growth through a full suite of business intelligence.

• Champion the Budget and Forecast system and drive usage across the organization
• Provide guidance with industry best practices
• Lead integration projects end to end with internal data warehouse
• Support Annual budget cycle
• Transform and enhance reporting capabilities of the budgeting system
• Ensure completeness project documentation or training documents

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirement

• Degree holder in Computer Science/Finance/Accounting or related disciplines
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in IBM TM1 or Planning Analytics
• Experience in Real Estate industry is an advantage
• Business-oriented, and capable to translate business needs into system requirements
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English
