The Job

• Manage digital projects to drive business transformation
• Work with project manager to plan and manage software development initiatives, including scoping,  timeline, costing and resource planning
• Ensure the delivery of final products or services from the projects is to the appropriate levels of quality and on time
• Collaborate with stakeholders to compile user requirements, conduct system analysis and design for both business and technical details
• Recommend technology and solution adoption to support digital marketing
• Manage a team of programmers and / or vendor on software development according to scope, schedule and development standard
• Manage internal and external content managers, editors, designers, developers
• Collaborate with Technical team on infrastructure/software requirements and solution.
• Monitor web traffic, performance and capacity to identify, prevent and resolve issues.
• Provide post-implementation technical support
• Need to work with third party vendors to deliver solutions
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as System Analyst
  
  

The Person

• Degree Holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 7 years solid experience in web development, and minimum 3 years solid experience in project management
• Solid experience in web/digital media project management and estimating experience.
• Solid knowledge on digital marketing including social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC and web notification.
• Good sense of UX and UI design.
• Experienced in Web CMS, eCommerce solution, Payment gateway integration, Digital analytics, Cloud Services, Stress/Load testing tool
• Solid technical knowledge in web responsive design, HTML5, CSS, javascripts, SQL, Web Services,  Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, SQL Server, MySQL, NoSQL
• Strong communication skills, eagerness and ability to achieve aggressive project targets
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills in both English and Chinese
• Working knowledge on Telecommunications industry is a plus
