Requirement: 

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Holder of MCP / MCITP, CCNA/CCNP.
• 3-4 years related experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Networking / Firewall / Routers etc.
• Hard working, responsible, self initiative and a good team player.
• Fluent in Cantonese & English

Responsibilities: 

• Provide technical supports for End-users on PC, Printer, Fax, WiFi.
• Experience in hardware and software installation and maintenance
• Renew and maintain the hardware, software inventory.
• Basic Windows server 2003/2008 support and administration.
• Support IBM lotus Notes Client and assist administration.
