My client is a leading consultancy firm here in Hong Kong and they are looking to hire a Business Analyst. The role would be for a 12-month fixed term contract, renewable or opportunity to turn into permanent with medical benefits and annual leave. 

The company will give exposure on end to end project management, strong collaboration with stakeholders, managing expectations and the ability to cover a wide scope.

This role would focus on the financial services industry specifically for a tier 1 bank. They require a business analyst to come on board to analyze complex solutions and manage large-scale project delivery, with the understanding of the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• experience gathering user requirements from the business users and ability to form a technical specification and communicate that with the development teams
• have outstanding relationship management and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of business users to elevate the total user experience and deliver the solution
• manage expectation and also be the first point of contact to solve problems 

Requirements:

• 3 years' business analyst experience working in the Banking/FI industry 
• strong communication, attention to detail and team oriented 
• Chinese language skills are a must
