Claims Officer/ Senior Officer

Our client is a leading insurance company.

To support their continuous growth of the team, they are urgently looking for high calibre to join their claims team.

Key responsibilities:

• Access and process the claims adjudication in life and medical insurance effectively
• Handle claims enquries for internal & external customer
• Conduct review and pre-approval for hospitalization
• Assist in ad hoc project assigned by superior

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree holder is preferrable but not necessary
• 1-8 years experience in life or medical claims processing
• Good customer service mindset
• Good communication skills
• PC proficiency in MS Office
• Good language skills (English & Chinese)
