Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will oversee a team of Health professionals in stores to provide wide range of health products to customers throughout our stores in Hong Kong & Macau
• With full sales and profit accountability, he / she will be responsible for analyzing on local market, maximizing the sales and profitability of health products category
• Be responsible for day-to-day sales & strategy direction related to product promotion activities
• Collaborate with other internal working parties to enhance service excellency & sales target

Requirements

• Tertiary education or above
• Minimum 5 years management experience in chain store operations with at least 2 years in similar capacity
• Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of managing a high performance team to achieve business targets
• Strong commercial sense, excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Result-oriented with the ability to adapt and work effectively in a changing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
