Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes : -

• Degree holder with over 5-year relevant working experience;
• Prior experience with non-profit-organizations or NGOs is ideal, but not essential;
• Candidates with experience in organizing events definitely would be a plus;
• Excellent leadership ability, strategic planning, organizing skills;
• Excellent multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure;
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, proactive;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Familiar with digital social media is preferred;

Job Description:

• Directly report to the Supervisory Committee of the organization;
• Strategic and hands-on role;
• Develop and implement the Rotary District 3450’s strategy;
• Oversee daily operations, provide strategic direction;
• Develop communication strategy and supervise projects;
• Manage finances & administrative duties;
