Responsibility

• Analyze product formula and package labeling to ensure products meet the required quality and safety
• Deal with vendors regarding scheduling and quality control issues
• Support product development team for vendor inspection and factory visit
• Coordinate with marketing and warehouse on production matters & QC
• Prepare statistic report and business analysis

• Handle local product registration/notification process for private label products with regulatory authorities
• Work with internal or external parties to safeguard company’s compliance to laws and regulations
• Regulatory compliance review for all products to ensure all products consistently deliver quality, safety and legality to meet specification, labeling requirement and customers’ expectations.
• Liaise with government entities on documentations
• Handle customer complaints and feedbacks and proactively provide all information and action plan to relevant business parties

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Management, Marketing, Chemistry or Quality Management related disciplines
• Member of professional bodies in chemical field is an advantage
• Over 3 years relevant experience in “skincare and cosmetics” product development.
• Basic knowledge of HK regulatory system and product registration
• Strong experience in Order Processing, Problem Solving, from production to delivery arrangement. Sourcing experience from component to finished products is required
• Strong business and marketing sense with analytical ability. Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of both English and Mandarin, Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office Application especially in PowerPoint presentation skills

• Sound knowledge of beauty related manufacturing and product development, with formulation background is highly preferred

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects with flexibility and adaptability, working under tight time deadlines
