Job Duties

-Formulate development plan in accordance with the company’s business strategy.

-Analyze the emerging opportunities in the Philippines market, organize and develop new services areas and business opportunities, and strengthen company’s core capabilities.

-Establish close partnership with departments in CUG, and foster good collaboration with clients, industry association and stakeholders.

-Lead business development to achieve performance and financial objectives, ensure the development of core advantages for enhancing our competitiveness and achieving effectiveness.

-Enhance and implement appropriate management policies and procedures, manage daily operations, including human resources, financial management, etc.

-Build company’s branding in the Philippines, abide by local laws and regulations, professional ethics and China Unicom's rules and regulations.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor degree or above holder.

-Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.

-Minimum 5 years international business development experiences in telecom operator, at least 1 year management experience.

-With solid knowledge in telecom industry in both PRC. and overseas. Familiar with international data service business and products.

-Excellent business acumen, with strong innovative and analytical skills, able to resolve challenging situations or issues independently.

-Good interpersonal skills, able to establish collaborative and trustful relationships with stakeholders.
