Our client is a leading trading and manufacturing company with over 2,000 employees in Greater China. They are looking for a high calibre CFO to lead the Finance and IT teams.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business performance through business partnership with leaders and provide advisory to top management;

• Monitor all financial issues including Financial Management, Taxation, Treasury Management and Capital Investment;

• Champion all internal operations streamlining projects to optimize efficiency through IT solution;

• Monitor, manage and communicate risk exposure and to mitigate each risk item with effective plan;

• Lead and participate in projects; including but not limited to process / workflow improvement, automation, system enhancement, etc.;

• Motivate the finance and IT functions of the company to meet corporate objectives;

• Work with relevant parties in setting measurements and KPIs for the company;

• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, lawyers and bankers. Engage in ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent; MBA is a plus;

• CPA Qualified with minimum 10 years solid experience in the position of CFO in manufacturing field;

• Strong business process re-engineering experience is preferred;

• Possess entrepreneurship mindset, energetic and enthusiastic;

• Excellent analytical skills and strong communication skills, be self-motivated and a self-starter with excellent time management skills;

• Strong language ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

• Willing to travel frequently.
