Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in the execution of Group Financial Business and its subsidiaries
• Formulate, facilitate and communicate an organization's strategic initiatives and future goals
• Develop the organization's long-term and short-term strategic initiatives
• Analyse market dynamics, market share changes and product line performance
• Identify important capital projects, joint ventures, potential M&A targets and other strategic partnership opportunities
• Guide the organization through the planning business processes
• Take the role of connection for various business segments; ensure all targets and requirements are met
• Take the lead to identify business potential and enforce the change, and Identify & convey strategic risks
• Monitor SFC Financial Resources Rules (“FRR”) returns for Type 1, 4, 6, and 9 regulated activities
• Oversee the Company’s compliance with all statutory duties imposed on it under the relevant legislation, rules and regulations;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Management or related discipline
• At least 15 years of experience at Management level in the asset management, fund management firms, investment firms and/or investment banks are preferred
• Certificated holder of unconditional SFC licensed Responsible Officer (Type 1, Type 4 and Type 9)with previous IPO, M&A, Asset funding, FRR experience are preferred
• Knowledge in related rules, standards, legal and compliance requirements is highly preferred;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues and detailed analysis into simple, structured frameworks with concrete action plans
• Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely cross functional/cultural teams
• Good at start up a business and developing things from stretch
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and adaptable to rapid changing environment;
• Strategic thinking, broad business perspectives and strong management skills;
• Mature team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Experience of creating, leading and motivating a team.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese and Mandarin
