Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for the overall management of the Company including managing the business operation of property management, facility management, cleansing services, engineering, repair & maintenance, business development, formulating and administrating company policies and develop long-term goals and objectives, maintaining high customer service standards and daily operation, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Housing Management / Real Estate / Surveying;
• Professional membership of CIHCM / MHKIH / RPHM;
• Over 15 years’ managerial experience in property management;
• Strong in leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
