CMO/Marketing Director

 

Key responsibilities:

• Cover all areas of marketing including:determine product positioning, selling points, value prepositions and key messages, formulate marketing & promotion programs with an effective mix of marketing tactics to reach the right segments
• Proposing appropriate pricing options in response to client RFP’s as well as market reality.
• Nurture long term relationships with strategic partners to jointly promote STO campaigns in order to achieve sustainable growth of the organization;

●        Develop & drive marketing plans on Token Issuance and Listing campaign to generate leads and achieve business targets;

• Develop social media campaign, digital initiatives and ideas through different social media channels (Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to maintain strong market presence and corporate brand awareness;
• Manage both marketing and event budget;
• Analyse the business portfolio, consumer insight and customer behaviour to identify opportunities in maximizing customer profitability;

 

Required skills

• University graduate in ecommerce, Marketing, or Business-related disciplines;
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in financial services, with at least 5 years of management experience; Asia Pacific or international exposure would be an advantage;
• Strong experience in telegram groupmanagement and local community creation would be an advantage;
• Experience in airdrop and bounty service would be an advantage;
• Strong partner network & solid involvement in cryptocurrency issuance business
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, other Asian language is highly preferable.
