Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for communication and management crew member
• Responsible for overseeing the marina staff and ensuring the daily smooth operation.
• Ensure the marina operation complies with government requirements, as well as club policies and procedures.
• Responsible for ensuring the marina safety and the hygiene requirements are met
• Responsible for ensuring work efficiency in the marina by designing, organizing and monitoring the daily operation

 Job Requirements:

• Solid experience in Marina Management
• Basic knowledge in operation of Marina services
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
