Our client is a leading Intimate Apparel Manufacturer in industry, they are now looking for right people to join their family;

Production Manager: 

• In charge of the overall operations of factory productions.
• Develop, revise and maintain production strategies and activities.
• Ensure reliable production planning, cost estimate and materials utilization
• Trouble shooting and problem-solving in pre-production and production stages for all issues related to technical, materials and packaging etc
• Monitor product standards and implement quality control programmes
• Maintain cost effectiveness and identify ways for continuous improvement
• Good knowledge in Lean Production and Industrial Engineering.

Capacity Planner: 

• Responsible for capacity planning, provide timely updates and feedback on production capacity 
• Prepare and manage production schedules and forecasts for manufacturing of intimate wear products, tracking actual to projections on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as well as liaising between customer service, factories and shipping department.
• Manage and familiar with the production & materials planning and process in order to meet production standard and business needs at required performance levels and at optimized cost.
• Ensure operation running smoothly by considering labor requirement (hiring and layoff plan), capacity utilization
• Ensure each department is aligned to  meet shipping dates according to customer requirements
