Job Descriptions :

• Responsible to projects follow-up including project plan, design, customers’ requirements & specifications, assistance in preparation of cost estimation.
• Determinate project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements
• Conduct project UAT and follow up the implementation performance
• Prepare routine customer reports and documents
• Work closely with Sales Dept on project progress, timely update the project status and provide the problem solving
• Ensure the project is completed within the budgeted cost
• Other ad-hoc project as required

Job Requirements :

• Higher diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline
• 2 years or above working experience in project support and coordination 
• Good in written and spoken English & Chinese, fair in Mandarin speaking is preferable
• Familiar with MS Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Basic computer language knowledge of C++, Visual Basic.net, SQL Server, Microsoft Server, Network is an advantage
• Good interpersonal communication skills and self-motivated
• Candidates with more related experience will be considered as Project Engineer
