Responsibility:

- Participate in product sourcing and involve actively in new product development

- Manage individual product development to meet a given budget and timeline

- Manage production as needed

- Supervise and manage personnel in China during continuous corporate expansion

Requirements:

- University graduate

- 5-10 years product development and project management experience related to children's electronic toys and/or plush toys (age 0-5)

- Managerial capability to lead and supervise factories and QC personnel in China is preferable

- Good command of spoken and written English with frequent e-mail and online verbal interaction with our design team and sales team

- Conversational Mandarin and proficient Chinese typing for effective project management.

- Willing to travel in China anytime to evaluate quality of potential factory or resolve production issues

- Energetic, detail-oriented and crucial in good team spirit

- Able to work under tight deadline and prepare a non 9-6 workload
