Job Duties:

1. Establishes quality and reliability systems and standards by best practices and studying product and consumer requirements with production teams.
2. Establishes raw material standards by studying manufacturing and engineering requirements; conferring and negotiating with suppliers; devising testing methods and procedures.
3. Enhances in-process product inspection standards by studying manufacturing methods; devising testing methods and procedures.
4. Builds standards for the disposition of finished product by devising evaluation tests, methods, and procedures.
5. Establishes product quality documentation system by writing and updating quality assurance policies and procedures.
6. Maintains product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs and manufacturing and training methods.
7. Completes quality assurance requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
8. Uplift the caliber of quality assurance staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
9. Maintains quality assurance staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Job Requirements:

1. Proven track record in establishing quality management systems in companies with best practices
2. Strong leadership capability
3. Experienced in driving change management initiatives with proven results
4. Solid experienced in high precision manufacturing processing
5. Sound academic background with relevant degrees in engineering, manufacturing or related disciplines
6. Good communication skills including negotiation and persuasion
7. Extensive travelling to southern China is required
