• To prepare the purchase orders
• To prepare the quotation
• To approve lab dip, trims, …etc.
• To maintain and update information in the computer system
• To monitor the production and delivery status
• To work closely with the vendors and buyers
• To collect at least 2 quotation from potential vendors for reference before order placement;
• To collect a signed copy of SPO from vendors whom we placed production orders;
• To track production status per SPO and report exceptions to immediate supervisors;
• To maintain reasonable good relationship with vendors including negotiation and handling complaints;
• Plus any other requirements as directed by the manager and management.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Fashion / Textiles or related disciplines
• At least 3- 5 years experience in merchandising in Woven or Knit 
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
