Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily clerical support including data entry
• Prepare regular sales and inventory reports to Sales Team and Management
• Effectively manage stock balance and prepare for trade shows
• Perform stock take duties for shops and warehouse
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required by supervisor

Requirements:

• Relevant working experience in inventory management preferred
• Experience in Jewelry manufacturing/export will be preferred
• Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint;
• Hardworking and willing to take challenges
