Responsibilities

• Leading the team to provide professional merchandising services to overseas and local clients
• Ensure all orders are properly follow through from sampling to production and final delivery
• Strengthen and maintain the good relationship with customers to build the business
• Manages fabric and material sourcing, sampling, pricing to provide competitive price with quality products
• Manage the operation of merchandising team to maximize work efficiency and effectiveness
• Formulate and Implement sales strategies to achieve the sales and profit targets
• Provide leadership over strategic business planning, product development, sourcing and vendor management
• Coordinate with quality control and production teams to ensure product quality and deadline are met with customers’ requirements and standards

Requirements

• Degree holder in merchandising, fashion, textile or related disciplines
• At least 15-year relevant working experience in apparel industry with minimum 5-year at managerial position
• Solid experience in handling high-end product in all items (mainly woven & cotton knit)
• Able to work with oversea customer independently
• Good problem solving and communication skills to deal with customers and factories
• Good command of both written and speaking English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Strong in presentation and negotiation
• Willing to travel occasionally
