Key Responsibilities:

• Review BSCI and other types of supplier audit reports to follow up on Corrective Actions Plan (CAP)
• Assess suppliers for sustainability compliance performance and suggest appropriate actions
• Perform onsite factory and business audits and trainings in China and SE Asia countries
• Communicate compliance standards, expectations and requirements to vendors, merchandising teams, customers and third parties
• Drive factory compliance improvements by following Legal obligations and company policies
• Keep abreast on new rules, regulations, Laws, compliance initiatives, industry's best practices and communicate these with manager, merchandisers and other relevant colleagues
• Support manager to set, review and update company compliance policies & approaches
• Support manager to research and assess supply chain risk on international and commercial levels
• Support manager to design and implement audit tools and assessment programs according to business needs
• Any ad-hoc project and task required by manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Social Science, Politics, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in performing supplier audits in Asia for international sourcing companies and certification bodies
• Hands-on experience in dealing with international law and regulations relevant to production operations in China and SE Asian countries
• Outstanding analytical thinking and business acumen
• Strong team player who can work independently and under pressure
• Strong research, analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin), German speaking is a bonus
• Willing to travel occasionally
