Responsibilities:

• Follow up local and overseas email orders and daily inquires.
• Co-operate with Purchasing Order team, Shipping team and Finance team to catch up tight delivery schedule.
• Perform good customer service, complains solving, establish relationship with customers.
• Support general office work, phone inquiries and any ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements :

• F.7 or above with at least 3 years solid working experience in customer service, preferably in garment, zipper & trim products industry.
• Good Zipper & Trims knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using ERP system and PC skills including MS office.
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent, willing to learn and positive attitude.
• Good command in English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
• Immediately available is preferred.
