Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of chinese medicine and western medicine clinics as well as supervising a team of clinical staff.
• Manage roster of frontline staff, forecast manpower needs and recruit qualify applicants.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and comply with the operations standards.
• Assist in implement marketing plans to drive sustainable business growth.
• Provide general administration support.
• Ad hoc projects such as new stores opening.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare industry, experience in store management would be an asset.
• Proactive, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in PC skills and experience in POS System.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Clinic Officer.
