Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- HK listed company
- Semiconductor Equipment / machinery distributor
- The equipment includes : Die Bonders, Wire Bonders, Flip Chip Bonder, Blank Mounting Machines, Molding Equipment & Tools, Lead Processing Machines, Test Handlers, and other automation equipment.
- Main market : China & Asia
- We are looking for SENIOR SALES & MARKETING MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- 10+ years of experience in marketing and selling of manufacturing & assembly equipment, of which preferably over 2 years selling to Semiconductor Packaging industry.
- Proven sales record is essential.
- Solid experience selling to China market
- Solid sales managerial level experience to lead a sizable Sales Team
- Excellent leadership skills and management experience of a Sales team and also in Product Development.
- Travel to Shenzhen is required
- Report to the Executive Director
- Conduct and drive the sales and marketing direction for the company's represented equipment to Semiconductor Packaging industry.
- Lead and manage the sales teams in HK office and Shenzhen office to achieve the sales target in support of company's business objectives.
- Manage the customer programs and marketing across the whole China.
- Provide and lead the team in collaboration across the organization to support the client’s needs.
- Develop, manage and lead the executive plans to meet company's sales objectives.
- Shenzhen trip is required
