Our client is the Premium Cakery Headquartered in the United States. To Cope with their tremendous expansion, they are now looking for < Merchandising/ Purchasing Manager > to join their fast-growing company.

Job Description:

• Responsible for local retail and overseas export business of supplies purchasing including food and non-food items
• Handle in keeping track & monitor inventory movement
• Review the requisition of purchase, source & negotiate with suppliers and order follow-up
• Handle in formulating purchasing plan, Review supplier performance regularly to ensure their competitiveness in terms of cost and quality
• Cooperate and coordinate closely with central factory, warehouse on product quality
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree or above
• Minimum 5 years' procurement experience in F&B industry
• A good team player, well-organized and detail-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
