1-year renewable contract

Responsibilities:

• To support marketing and communications functions of HKCSS Institute such as production of marketing materials, data processing and communication delivery.
• To prepare promotional materials for printed publications and online platforms.
• To assist in managing social media and online channels.
• To assist in revamping HKCSS Institute website, back-end system and membership portal.
• To assist in organising events of HKCSS Institute of various scales.
• To perform general administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in marketing, communications, social sciences or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in marketing (preferred with experience in event logistic support).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Chinese Word Processing and working knowledge of HTML / web is more preferable.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese.
• Good attention to details, responsible and self-motivated.

5-day work per week. 15-day annual leave.
