RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive briefing from In-house Agency Lead to develop creative concept and storyline on content that supports marketing communication on all online & offline channels.
• Produce high-quality lighting, filming, camera work (photo and video), physical or digital effects, production editing and storytelling
• Work together with multimedia designers on post-production to develop creative assets for all communication platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end production process, including cars logistics, talent sourcing and casting, script-writing, video-editing, music, after-effect, licensing content and all details to support video campaign requirements
• Determine the requirements of a production based on high level discussions and pro-actively resource and plan productions anticipating challenges and mitigating risks.
• Ensure videos are edited, graded and produced according to brand demands
• Amend, revise or redevelop creative assets in response to feedback from internal stakeholders
• Take ownership of a task/project with excellent attention to detail
• Communicating with other creatives in brainstorming and developing new ideas

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or above in a relevant discipline and at least 3 years’ experience in equivalent role
• Comprehensive creative portfolio in videography, photography and multi-media is required
• Experience in corporate, sales/product, BTS, documentary and live videos. Ability to produce CG content is an advantage
• Ability as an excellent cameraman as well as the ability to direct a crew when necessary
• Excellent knowledge, experience and natural interest in the latest filming equipment, including cameras, sound, grip, lighting and lens (e.g. DSLR, shooting in RAW, steadycam, brushless gimbals), and determine what are required to get the shots,e.g. what lens to use, ISO, lighting, colour balance etc.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere and Final Cut. Talent for colour grading is a must.
• Working knowledge in After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge and experience in Cinema 4D a bonus
• Ability to work independently and multi-task under tight schedules
• Good Chinese and English on written and verbal communication are mandatory
• Strong passion in cars and automotive industry
• Tech savvy and up to date with the latest trends and innovations
• Valid driver's license is preferred
• Future working location: Chai Wan
