Responsibilities :

• Handle and manage various sales projects from inception to completion and facilitate communication across sales teams, internal back-end teams, and external partners ( such as vendors, agencies, and etc.)
• Works with key internal stakeholders to lay out project scope, campaign objectives, strategy, deliverable requirement and metrics to ensure feasibility and optimization of ideas
• Build out timelines, break out a phased approach for projects when necessary, and schedule check-ins for internal teams and external partners to meet projects deadlines
• Assists with proposal development and/or new business pitches when necessary
• Prepares team for presentations and organizes sales materials, assists with client presentations when necessary
• Needs to achieve sales targets and objectives set by the Company  

Requirements :

• Tertiary Education or above in marketing or related field preferably
• At least 5 years' experience in relevant field preferably
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate efficiently.
• Strengths in prioritization and time management
• Experience managing and negotiating with external partners (Vendors, agencies, production houses & etc. )
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, adept in creative problem-solving, resourceful and proactive
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese & English
• Less experience can be considered as Sales Project Executive
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
