Responsibilities:

• Track shots/assets
• Communicate and coordinate with oversea and main land for schedule, task, and enquiry daily
• Responsible for hitting scheduled targets
• Arrange dailies, rounds, meetings, create playlists, take notes and follow up on notes
• Arrange and/or attend senior Supervisor reviews & Director reviews (create playlists and take & notes)
• Coordinate delivery & supporting documentation as required

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Familiar in MS Office application
• Confident clear communicator
• Organized & uses initiative
• Able to multitask
• Able to juggle various priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Able to troubleshoot & solve problems
• Calm and personable under pressure and when working to tight deadlines
