Regional Sales Manager, North Asia, Medical Devices

Our client is global leader in the medical field. With their growing business and product portfolio, they have become a dominant player in the field, expanding rapidly across APAC region. To cope with their recent expansion, they are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to look after North Asia business.

Responsibilities:

• report to General Manager of North Asia
• help develop short and long-term strategic plans for regional business to exceed sales budget
• identify potential market opportunities and new channels to further extend market share and coverage of products
• key person to manage distributors in different countries including HK, Macau, TW, South Korea etc
• develop and maintain healthcare KOL network to strengthen brand awareness and academic influence
• collaborate with other internal parties including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Service Team to ensure business objectives are aligned

Requirements:

• degree holder in any discipline
• minimal 8 years of experience in the medical field, with prior experience in regional sales management
• experience in distributor management in countries including HK, Macau, South Korea, TW
• result-driven, self-discipline, strong stakeholder management skills, good time management skills
• able to travel for business
• good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
