Job Responsibilities:

• Manage product development, source products and vendors complying to all required specifications and standards.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure products are delivered on-time and to cost, which includes price & delivery negotiation, closely monitor the production & shipment status, coordinate with quality team on technical issues.
• Support packaging development and release approvals to suppliers / printers.
• Collate and submit samples in line with timing plan.
• Maintain accurate data records in system / database including product specifications, costs, artwork files and distributor new line form information.
• Support line manager in executing all sourcing functions and ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirement:

• Higher diploma or Degree holder in related disciplines.
• At least 5 years product sourcing experience. Knowledge in baby feeding products in terms of technical and source base is preferred.
• Self-starter and independent.
• Strong communication and negotiation skill, able to liaise independently with overseas counterparts and suppliers.
• Able to perform under pressure and good team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing).
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Prepared to travel.
