Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain purchasing information, files/records, and new vendor registration
• Proceed sourcing and contact vendors for quotation comparison and price negotiation
• Consolidate and prepare required document for purchase order issuance
• Work closely with different internal users to perform purchasing functions to complete purchasing requisition of CAPEX, Sundry, Finished Goods and other categories as assigned
• Proceed payment application for deposit payments
• Maintain Purchasing database and manage the record of purchasing documents
• Consolidate market intelligence and prepare purchasing report
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above in Purchasing / Supply Chain or related disciplines
• At least 1 years relevant experience in purchasing
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Words and Excel
