Our clients is a well established semiconductor, capacitor and electronics manufacturer.  Due to company business expand, they are looking for a high  caliber to join their office in Hong Kong.

Job Description:

• Responsible for issue P.O., invoice, quotation & accurate data key in
• Orders follow up and handle shipping arrangements and prepare documents
• Handle debit / credit settlement
• Contact with Japanese / Malaysia / Singapore clients and China factories
• Green procurement survey and knowledge

Requirements:

• Form 6 graduate or above
• 1 - 2 years job experiences in electronics parts  (fresh graduate will also be consider)
• Familiar with MS Office operation, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Fluent in Putonghua and English
• Can work independently and under pressure
• Pleasant personality, hardworking, responsible and mature with good working attitude
