Job Description

 

Key Requirement

  • Implementation and execution of the strategic sourcing plan to align with business and customer needs
  • Identifying business opportunities and driving continuous improvement in business efficiency through simplification and innovation
  • Working collaboratively with other hubs to realize the cost advantage of other regions
  • Leading and Implementing the Supplier Partnership Plan through understanding supplier capability and developing key partnerships
  • Proactively driving continuous improvement, mindset and culture change in team to support business transformation


Key Qualification  

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in buying/ sourcing office background with 3-4 years in managerial roles.
  • Strategy building and presentation
  • Understanding of the UK, as well as, global retail market and industry trend
  • Innovative problem-solving skills through broader thinking
  • Networking, Influencing and stakeholder management
