Your mission:

• Assist on development process review and improvement, SOP set up
• Follow up various Projects (i.e. PUMA Academy coordination, L&P, PAC, 3D and virtual sample opportunities)
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Responsible for the System Data maintenance to ensure the data is up-to-date;
• Arrange courier and manage the sample room;
• Consolidate and follow up for sample order;
• Coordinate for internal and external visits/meetings;
• Provide Administrative Support to the team

Your talent:

• Diploma or above;
• 1-2 years of working experiences in sourcing or similar position is preferred;
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and Words;
• Self-motivated individual with good communication skills;
• Proactive problem-solving ability;
• Detail minded, organized and responsible.
• Fresh graduate with high potential will be considered;
