Responsibilities:

• Supplier survey for Environment, Conflict Minerals, and Chemical substances contained.
• Regular follow up to collect supplier related information.
• Assist to operate daily clerical and data processing.
• Support Procurement Department to issue Manual PO and Item master setting.

 Requirements:

• Post-secondary or above or related disciplines
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Fair in Japanese is preferable.
• Basic knowledge in PC applications (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook)
• Experience of supplier on-site survey, specially for Environment (ISO 14001) would be advantage
• Detail-oriented, flexible and responsible with good communication skill
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Coordinator.
