Job Duties :

• Reporting to the Principal Consultant, the appointee will be responsible for searching, collating and processing research materials and information on legal topic(s), supporting the preparation of training materials such as presentation materials by providing background search, figures and statistics and policy updates, conducting other research-like duties;
• Provide general office administrative and clerical support;
• Assist in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements : 

• University undergraduate 
• Discipline from law, business management, human resources management, marketing, English, Sociology or Psychology
• Good command of written English (Preferably DSE at grade 5* or above), Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Chinese tying and excel application is an advantage
• Integrity, proactive working attitude, presentable and willing to learn 
• Working Location: Sheung Wan
• Working Schedule: Negotiable
