The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in property development projects including presale consent and DMC approval application and issues relating to Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance; advising on property management issues; handling sale and purchase of properties as well as leasing matters, and supporting in ad hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong with solid property, conveyancing and tenancy related experiences
• Minimum 4-5 years of post-qualification experience gained with a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel
• Self-motivated, responsible, good team player and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
