Job Description

Encore Professional Services assists clients around the world in conducting business in Asia. As part of the business development team, you will be responsible for increasing the client base by identifying new business opportunities including cross- and up-selling, establishing referral channels and promoting Encore's services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Independently explore, identify and secure business opportunities through referral channels and direct engagements
  • Provide account management and after-sales support to build a rapport with clients and ensure client retention
  • Build communication channels with customers and professional intermediaries
  • Understand customer strategy/organization/process/business requirements and provide appropriate advisory and service solutions
  • Lead projects and manage activities across different services providers in the team
  • Prepare proposals and pitch documents
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership material, best practice guides, creation and tailoring of local business consulting service offering

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder or above, preferably with international exposure or related business management discipline
  • 3 years’ work experience in business development, ideally from a reputable corporate service provider, law or business consulting firm
  • Preferably familiar with the corporate services industry with existing network of professionals and intermediaries is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skill and understanding of market trends, legislation and regulations
  • A successful networker capable in building up professional network and ability in generating sales leads
  • Result oriented, persistent, customer-focused and able to communicate with senior level management
  • Fluently spoken and written English
