The Role:

• Drive smart use of data and tools to generate useful supply chain insights and meaningful decision making for the organization in the Asia Pacific
• Lead and manage projects related to latest big data forecasting methodologies, simulation, and engage different partners in optimization processes
• Work on or colloabrate internally on data generation, validation, cleansing and data modeling
• Define requirements and actively influence the data processing architecture and technology in close collaboration with the Data Engineering/BI Team as well as research, assess and evaluate offerings from external solution providers and consultancies
• Be the subjective matter expert to team members on all relevant modeling techniques, tools and frameworks
• Be a Strategic logistics partner with Business Units

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Supply Chain and Logistics Management equivalent
• About 8 years working experience in supply chain functions in multinational organizations, familiar with optimization, systems, and analytical projects
• Proven proficiency in project management, especially in cross-functional/cross-regional coordination, and stakeholder management
• Familiar with data analytics with Business Intelligence software, analytical tools and simulation software
• Successful implementation of innovative solutions in supply chain
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
• Knowledge and working experience with Modern Data Warehouse/BI software
• Knowledge in SAP is a plus
• Experience with data analytics/visualization software or tools, such as Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI, Python/R, is a plus
• Proficiency in English and other Asian languages preferred
