We are looking for capable and committed candidates to join our practice in Head Office:-

Responsibilities:-

-  Perform general clerical and department admin duties including photocopying, filing, file closing and word processing etc.

-  Handle telephone calls and any assigned tasks

-  Coordinate among departments and teammates

Requirements:-

-  1-2 years' clerical or office working experience.

-  Experience in law firm is preferred but not a must.  Experience in Conveyancing is also an advantage

-  Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and basic Putonghua

-  Accurate typing, proficient in PC applications and Chi. word processing

-  Good interpersonal and communications skills

-  Pleasant, responsible, meticulous, well-organized and being a good team player

**  Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Clerk

**  Immediately available or on short notice is preferred
